Return & Refund policy

Good delivered from Fairprice Furniture should and are companied with an official invoice or delivery noted. We allow return of faulty items within 1-7 days from the day of delivery.
We won’t account for any damages done by third parties.

1.Introduction
At Fairprice Kenya we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return the items you have purchased. This returns & refunds policy sets out our conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items purchased on Fairprice Furniture. It also sets out when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

2.Return period and Condition for acceptance of returns
Subject to the rules set out in this returns & refunds policy , Fairprice Furniture offer returns for most items within 1-7 days of delivery to our official store. We do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the return periods has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the us. Common reasons for return of  items purchased on Fairprice  Furniture are listen below.

a)I changed my mind-(Goods once delivered as specified can’t be returned.)

b) Size is correct but doesn’t fit as expected -(You can switch the product but the money paid is non refundable. Desks & tables only)

c) Item received broken or defective -(Only for goods Delivered by our personnel/vehicle. We won’t account for any damages done by third parties)

d)Item received with missing parts or accessories -(Only for goods Delivered by our personnel/vehicle. We won’t account for any damages done by third parties)

e) Wrong item/color/size/model -(We accept All product categories)

Note: We do not accept returns for custom made items/products
